16 Week Intermediate Online Half Ironman Training Program is targeted at athletes whom have previously raced the 70.3 distance and are now looking to better their times. If an athlete has not completed a 70.3 distance however already has an advanced level of fitness through either endurance swimming, cycling or running this program is also for you. The program begins moderately (8-9 hrs a week) and will build to 15+ hours of training during the final build weeks.
